ISTO is an international architecture and design studio. We design architecture and interiors that reflect the owner’s voice. Work system:
Briefing
The first step is getting to know each other. We learn your needs, tastes, and
preferences - what you value and what to avoid. This forms a shared vision for the
project. The contract is signed at this stage.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
This is where the project takes shape. We develop spatial planning solutions,
visualizations, and full technical drawings, including all engineering systems.
Every detail is refined until you are fully confident in the result.
IMPLEMENTATION
We support you at every stage of realization, providing design supervision,
coordinating contractors, and managing furnishing and procurement. We
oversee execution to ensure everything is delivered exactly as envisioned.
Our team
ISTO brings together over 180 specialists across 7 creative teams. Our offices are
located in Dubai, Kyiv, and Warsaw. We have delivered more than 500 completed
