ABOUT THE PROJECT
MERCURY, at 4,204 sq.m., emphasises the authority and significance of the villa’s clients. The characteristically monumental architecture has well-balanced proportions and symmetry, reflecting a sense of stability, grandeur and intelligent manners. The rounded arches also convey a pronounced monumentality of the architectural solutions. The dominant materials are travertine, glass and metal elements that emphasise the lines of the villa.
CONCEPT
The closed layout of the villa allows for a sense of privacy for special evenings of private events, where important matters of great people can be resolved in an informal atmosphere. Huge curved terraces on the first floor, a foyer on the ground floor and a huge backyard with an accent rectangular swimming pool in the centre allow for a hospitable reception of relatives, friends and business partners.
