ABOUT THE PROJEK
NOA is an architectural articulation of the moment when a journey ends and calm sets in. The villa emerges as a personal port. Here, one “docks” after the noise and constant shifts of the external world. The building’s complex, fluid forms echo the layers of water and the shoreline, creating a protective shell of privacy. Inside, the architecture opens fully to the sea: every bedroom offers a view of the water, natural light penetrates deep into the space, and the pool, merging seamlessly with the sea, blurs the boundary between home and element. The name NOA is borrowed from maritime practice. Notice of Arrival — the official message signaling a vessel’s arrival in port — here acquires a symbolic meaning. It represents arrival not only at a point on the map, but into a state of tranquility. The villa is designed as a pause after movement and change.
