ABOUT THE PROJECR
The 2300 sq. m. PINE COVE complex is nestled within a pine grove. The main task for ISTO was to create a private space for a close-knit circle of people who value both togetherness and absolute autonomy.
The client’s brief originally called for three 300-square-meter houses. We transformed this request into a massive 2300 sq. m. complex, designing three separate residences on a common territory. We seamlessly integrated the architecture into the natural landscape, preserving the pine trees and ensuring maximum privacy for every resident.
